A Coach Who Helps You Come Home to Yourself

Hun Ming Kwang doesn’t believe in quick fixes or surface-level advice. His work is for people who are ready to pause, reflect, and ask the deeper questions—about who they are, what they want, and why they feel stuck.

As a certified life coach, speaker, and bestselling author, Hun Ming Kwang helps people explore the space between who they’ve become and who they truly are. Whether it’s through one-on-one coaching, creative projects, or quiet conversations, his goal is simple: to guide people back to themselves.

He’s worked with thousands of individuals—from CEOs and creatives to students and social changemakers—supporting them in times of transition, self-doubt, and growth.

His Turning Point

Hun Ming Kwang started coaching young, but it was a personal crisis in his early twenties that truly shaped his path. Faced with a deep inner emptiness, he began asking life’s big questions:
“Why do I feel disconnected?”
“What is the point of all this?”
“Is there more to life than achievement?”

Instead of running from these questions, he leaned into them. That moment marked the beginning of a journey that took him around the world—to study with spiritual teachers, explore healing traditions, and dive into psychology, energy work, and consciousness studies.

One of his most profound teachers was Starr Fuentes, a spiritual healer who passed on ancient Mayan teachings. From that lineage, he inherited not only wisdom but a sense of responsibility—to help others uncover their truth.

What Working with Him Feels Like

Hun Ming Kwang creates spaces where people feel safe enough to be real. His sessions aren’t filled with buzzwords or performance. They’re quiet, grounded, and honest.

You talk, he listens. Not just to your words—but to what’s behind them.

His work draws from:

  • Process-Oriented Psychology (Processwork)

  • Body-based emotional awareness

  • Energy healing and spiritual insight

  • Deep coaching and intuitive reflection

People often say they come in feeling confused or overwhelmed—and leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more grounded. He doesn’t give you a script. He helps you listen to your own voice again.

Healing Through Creative Expression

In addition to coaching, Hun Ming Kwang uses art to help people access parts of themselves that words can’t always reach. He co-founded ThisConnect.today, a community art platform in Singapore that explores topics like vulnerability, identity, and emotional pain through visual storytelling and participatory installations.

Together with artist Quinn Lum, he’s led exhibitions that draw people in—not to impress them, but to invite them to reflect. These exhibitions have reached thousands and been featured in the media. They’ve also received praise from public figures, including Singapore’s MP Carrie Tan, who called Hun Ming Kwang “my healer and teacher.”

His creative work is an extension of his coaching philosophy: that healing begins when we feel safe to show up as we really are.

Voices from the People He’s Helped

Clients often describe their experience with Hun Ming Kwang as something they didn’t expect—but deeply needed.

“It wasn’t what I thought I was looking for. But it’s exactly what I needed.”

“He helped me put into words what I’ve been feeling for years but never knew how to say.”

“It felt like I’d finally come back to myself.”

There’s no pressure to be perfect. No need to impress. Just space to be real—and guidance to move forward from there.

His Writing: Conversations That Matter

Hun Ming Kwang has also brought his work into the written word through two impactful book projects.

Masks of Singapore (2021)

Created in partnership with Fujifilm, this photobook features stories and art from over 570 participants who shared their emotional truths through symbolic “masks.” It was launched during World Suicide Prevention Awareness Month to highlight the importance of mental health and authentic expression.

Threading Worlds (2022)

A four-volume series published by Penguin Random House SEA, this collection brings together voices from across Singapore—doctors, young people, educators, and more—to share their honest experiences around mental wellness, stigma, pain, and growth.

These books don’t offer polished answers. They open the door to the conversations many people are afraid to have.

Beyond the Buzzwords

Hun Ming Kwang isn’t trying to go viral. He’s not interested in being an influencer. His impact is quieter—but more lasting.

He works with people who are ready to look inward. Who are tired of faking it. Who want to live with more truth, more clarity, and more alignment.

He’s not here to fix you. He’s here to walk with you, ask better questions, and help you hear what your own heart is trying to say.

Final Thought

Hun Ming Kwang’s work isn’t flashy. But it’s deep, honest, and transformative. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply unsure of what’s next, his work offers a different kind of path—one that doesn’t start with doing more, but with understanding yourself more.

Because sometimes, the way forward starts by turning inward.
